Critical Field and Specific Heat in Electron- and Hole-Doped Graphene Superconductors

Doping is one of the most prominent techniques to alter properties a given material. Herein, influence electron- and hole-doping on selected superconducting graphene are considered. In details, Migdal-Eliashberg formalism employed analyze specific heat critical magnetic field in representative case doped with nitrogen or boron, respectively. It found that electron doping much more favorable terms enhancing aforementioned than its hole counterpart. These findings appropriately summarized by means dimensionless thermodynamic ratios, familiar Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer theory. To this end, perspectives for future research superconductivity drawn.
